been appraising since August 1973 and maintained his own appraisal company since
1979. Currently, Dean has spread his knowledge to his sons where they learned the
ropes of the appraisal field as both children are Licensed Real Estate Appraisers.
Dean's expertise of Real Estate is not limited by just appraisals. He has been a guest
speaker at multiple business conventions. He served as an expert witness in court rooms
across the state. As an investor, he has been involved in multiple joint ventures and
development of ten office buildings, a shopping center, and three condominium projects.
He has monitored 11 construction projects in four different states.
